Cancellation and Refund Policy
- General Policy
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except under the conditions outlined below. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
- Event Cancellation
- If the party is canceled by the event organizer for any reason (including unforeseen circumstances or force majeure), ticket holders will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the event cancellation notice is sent.
- Event Rescheduling
- In the event that the is rescheduled to a new date, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
- If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund by contacting us at within 7 working days of the rescheduled event notice.
- Refund requests for rescheduled events will be processed within7 working days to the original payment method.
- Refunds for Customer Cancellations
- We do not offer refunds for tickets in the case of customer cancellation or if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, including illness, travel issues, or personal circumstances.
- Lost or Missing Tickets
- If you lose your digital or physical ticket, please contact us immediately at. We may be able to issue a replacement ticket, but this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Tickets will not be refunded if lost or stolen.
- Ticket Transfer
- Tickets are generally non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend, we may allow the transfer of the ticket to someone else upon approval, and the original ticket holder must contact us at brandmanager@jupiterhospitality.com for assistance.
- If the ticket transfer is approved, it is your responsibility to ensure the person receiving the ticket has a valid ID for entry.
- Force Majeure
- In case of events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions, we may need to cancel or reschedule the event. Refunds may be provided, or tickets may remain valid for rescheduled dates, depending on the situation.
- How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund (in case of cancellation, rescheduling, or other applicable circumstances), please contact our support team at brandmanager@jupiterhospitality.comwith the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (email confirmation or receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the event cancellation or rescheduling notification.
- Processing Times
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
